Nick Moore was born in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia, and raised in New Glasgow and Lower Sackville. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Saint Mary's University in 2013 (BA in Anthropology). He is a 2016 graduate of Dalhousie University's Schulich School of Law. He joined muttarts law firm as a summer student in 2015. He currently serves as Treasurer of The Kings County Barristers’ Society.
While studying at Saint Mary's University, Nick’s focus was on Acadian archaeology. He participated as a student and volunteer at Saint Mary's University Archaeological Field School in Grand Pré and continues to enjoy the rich history of the Annapolis Valley. Particularly, his interest in the history of the Annapolis Valley’s landscape has influenced his legal practice with a focus on complex property matters requiring historic title research of land conveyances.
Along with his general practice of commercial, real estate, wills and estates, Nick provides litigation services for clients, including in criminal matters, property disputes, and estate litigation.
Nick lives in Kentville with his wife and their daughter.
