Nick Moore was born in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia, but was raised in New Glasgow and Lower Sackville. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Saint Mary's University in 2013 (BA in Anthropology). He was a 2016 graduate from Dalhousie University's Schulich School of Law. He joined muttarts law firm as a summer student in 2015 and returned as an Articled Clerk in 2016. Hew was authorized to practice law in June 2017.
While studying at Saint Mary's University, his focus was on Acadian archaeology. He participated as a student and volunteer at the Saint Mary's University Archaeological Field School in Grand Pré and continues to volunteer at archaeological excavations in the Annapolis Valley and around Nova Scotia.
Nick was a varsity track and field athlete for both Saint Mary's University and Dalhousie University, competing in the sprints events. Nick no longer competes competitively in track and field but still remains active by playing soccer in the Metro Senior Men's Soccer League.
Nick lives in Kentville with his fiancée Katie Myatt who is a physiotherapist at Valley Regional Hospital.
