Peter Muttart brings his 45 years of experience as a lawyer back to muttarts law firm as a legal analyst, mediator and arbitrator, and facilitator.
Although he retired as a lawyer in 2014, and therefore no longer appears in court or gives legal advice, he brings his extensive experience in law and business to the firm to assess client issues and provide analysis.
As a trained mediator and arbitrator, Peter is available to assist with resolving disputes in a cost-effective manner, without the expense associated with protracted court proceedings.
He is widely known for his skills as a facilitator defusing tense situations and chairing heated meetings.

Marc Charrier Joins the Firm
muttarts law firm is pleased to announce that Marc Charrier has joined the firm as an associate lawyer.
Marc has been practicing law for nine years, with a particular emphasis in family law, child protection law, immigration and refugee law, and general litigation. He has appeared before various courts and administrative tribunals. Marc is functional in French and American Sign Language.
Hailing from Westville, Nova Scotia, Marc is a graduate of Acadia University. He earned his Bachelor of Laws at the University of New Brunswick, and studied towards a Masters in Law at Osgoode Hall in Toronto.
Marc is an avid rugby player. He likes to work out at the gym and be a very active member of the local community.
